                                                 ORDER

            In order to reform the current regulatory framework and enhance the supply of skilled personnel, the Government of India proposes to set up a National Council for Human Resource in Health as a overarching regulatory body. To deliberate on the issue of setting up of the proposed National Council, it has been decided to constitute a Task Force with the following members:-

2.        Terms of Reference of the Task Force are as under :-

 

a)                    To deliberate upon the structure and functions of the proposed National Council for Human Resources in Health, and

b)                   To prepare a draft Bill for setting up the said National Council.

 

3.   The Task Force shall submit its report to the Ministry by 31st July, 2009. 

 

4.   The non-official Members of the Task Force will be entitled to TA/DA with regard to official visits made/tours undertaken by them in this connection, in accordance with the relevant/admissible Government of India Rules.

 

5.   The Task Force can co-opt other Members on the basis of felt need.

 

6.   This issues with the approval of Union Minister for Health & Family Welfare.
